We offer our products wholesale, retail, and we also host cooking classes in our space in the evenings. We are dynamic and are looking for someone who is interested in available in the quiet early mornings, baking off product and setting the tone for the kitchen each morning.

Colette was formed and has been run by Sarah Dodge who comes with years of bakery and restaurant experience. The bakery was also opened at the same time she was starting her family, so we are looking for someone to help bring some energy and life to areas of the business that she cannot.

The main objectives of this opportunity is for someone to be invested in the day to day growth and quality of this bakery business, to help lead the team in a healthy and forward moving way, and to foster a professional and positive atmosphere so that our business may thrive.
