Job description

Our small kitchen crew is in search of a sous chef! We are looking for someone full time who is available to work on weekends. Most shifts are during the daytime, but Friday nights are a must. Responsibilities will include working the line, expediting, prepping, organizing, ordering, and managing cooks and dishwashers. This position requires forty hours of work per week.

• You work clean and are obsessive about maintaining a clean kitchen.
• You are fast as all get out, but you don't compromise quality.
• You have a great palate and can season food consistently and well.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $30.00 - $35.00
