Train and manage servers to meet Outstanding in the Field’s service standards
Oversee all FoH operations, from staff briefings to course pacing and guest experience

Maintain safety and sanitation standards
Communicate regularly with team members via Slack, Email, and other digital platforms
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of front-of-house leadership experience
Deep knowledge of food and beverage, and a genuine love for it
Strong, compassionate leadership and clear communication skills
Ability to think on your feet and maintain composure under pressure
Comfortable managing both physical and administrative tasks
Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar tools
Comfortable driving a truck and open to learning to drive a trailer
CPR/BLS certification is a plus
