Job description
We’re looking for a skilled kitchen assistant or sous-level chef to join our seasonal team on Nantucket. Ideal candidates are organized, eager to assist, and comfortable working in a dynamic private client setting—or excited to gain experience in one.
The Role Includes:
• Kitchen prep and organization
• Food preparation and plating
• Provisioning and sourcing ingredients
• Working alongside a team of experienced female hospitality professionals
+ immediate opportunity for advancement during the summer season.

Details:
• Nantucket housing package provided
• Seasonal position: June 30- August 31 (semi-flexible on dates)
• 3+ days of paid training in May/June
• Hours & compensation DOE (depending on experience)
• Based in Nantucket, with potential opportunities in Palm Beach in the winter
For the right person, this role could evolve into long-term opportunities beyond the summer season.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $25.00 - $45.00
