We’re a tiny batch, ice cream shop nestled right at the base of the White Mountains in Bethlehem, NH. We’re a small team crafting ice cream from scratch using local milk and cream and locally sourced ingredients from our community inspires the majority of our flavors. We’re a tiny crew running a shop in a beautiful little mountain town. We’re lucky to share Main Street with an independent live music and movie theatre, our beloved coffee shop Maia Papaya and community brewery, Reklis (and we’re right next to Littleton, NH). Our town is growing and our business is looking for someone that’s excited to collaborate and help grow with us. Oh ya, and we were nominated for a James Beard Award two years in a row! :)
Job description
We’re looking for a FOH manager extraordinaire!
Objective: Help us make SSIC the number one place to work in NH! You’ll help build a culture of happiness for our staff & community of customers. You’ll lead the charge on creating systems for hiring, on-boarding & training. Your goal will be to build & manage these systems that will keep SSIC running smoothly during busy summer months & efficiently during our quiet winter days. You’ll train, manage & motivate our dedicated scoop team to create a welcoming environment for all.
