Job description
The Nutrition Lead is responsible for assisting Cobram Estate Olives Limited’s efforts to raise the awareness and understanding of the health benefits of premium extra virgin olive oil and the Cobram Estate USA brand amongst healthcare professionals. They will be responsible for developing and executing the education and communications strategy for healthcare professionals and other key health related stakeholders within the US. The Nutrition Lead will be required to execute the strategy through public relations and collaboration with key professional associations via conferences, webinars and partnerships. This position will be part-time (3 Days A Week)

Responsibilities
Lead the Cobram Estate USA Health Professional Program for the company, including key activities and initiatives
End-to-end execution and facilitation of all events and conferences Cobram Estate will partake in (both virtual webinars and face to face events)
Provide health and nutrition education for health influencers for key PR activities such as harvest visits
Responsible for building and maintaining a Healthcare Professional (HCP) databases and relevant communications
Build relationships with health professionals and key partners across the USA to deliver collaborative outcomes
Act as nutrition spokesperson and subject matter expert internally and externally for the brand
Resource development for both patients and health professionals
Keep up to date with scientific literature related to extra virgin olive oil and other olive products
Qualifications | Experience | Skills & Attributes
University degree in Science with Healthcare related major, ideally in Nutrition/Dietetics.
An energetic and passionate nutrition expert with strong inter-personable skills and a proven ability to engage and educate a wide range of stakeholders.
Possess existing strong relationships with key health and nutrition opinion leaders.
Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Possess a deep technical knowledge of nutrition and bio-sciences, together with the ability to interpret and comment on published scientific nutrition literature.
A proven self-starter who can own and drive various initiatives proactively.
A proven track record for delivering education programs to Healthcare Professionals or consumers
Strong cultural alignment with the Cobram Estate team and brand.
Ability to travel, including interstate to conferences, on a semi-regular basis

Compensation
