Our chef has been nomainated for a James Beard Award in 2025 and 2024 in best chef: New York State category as well as named Esquire Magazine’s rising star chef of the year. Our eclectic menu changes with the seasons and locally sourced ingredients from the many neighboring farms here in the Hudson Valley. With a focus on a strong masa program (all masa nixtamalized and ground in house) and cooking with wood fire, we will give every cook the opportunity to learn and/or hone different culinary techniques.

Job description
We are looking for someone to join the team for the busy spring/summer/fall season and work the Masa station! You will learn a lot about Mexican cuisine in particular you will learn about masa, its versatility and all the fun shapes and sizes you can make with it. You will learn how to make a perfect tortilla. You will learn our entire dessert program! This is a perfect summer job for someone who loves Mexican food and wants to learn more about the details that go into making it.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
