Rolo's is a neighborhood restaurant that prioritizes approachable and delicious food for our guests. Part of our food program includes woodfire cooking, homemade pastas, pastry, whole animal butchery, and more. 

We're looking for line cooks who also take pride in the art of simple cooking. We put a lot of time and effort into producing hot, well-seasoned, and on-time food at a high-standard.

We are looking for a passionate line cook with great attitude to join our fast-paced kitchen team. We strive to keep a high-standard in a supportive environment while constantly pushing growth and potential.

Experience & Qualifications:

-1-3 years working in professional kitchen

-willingness to take direction

-understanding for safe food handling practices

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

-daily inventory of station mise

-utilize prep list

-complete all station set-up and prep

-work organized, cleaning and tasting regularly, keep up with the flow of service

-thorough breakdown of station

 

Compensation details:

-hourly ($21-$24)
