Hudson Diner is a new restaurant opening in Hudson, NY next month. We are a diner/restaurant focused on making great versions of classic food, with a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. We will be sourcing our proteins from The Meat Hook and our bread from Mel The Bakery, both down the street from the diner in Hudson. We are looking to create a positive workplace for all!

Hudson Diner is accepting applications for the following positions:
Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Food Runners, Servers and Bartenders
These positions have been made available by the provisions of a grant to Columbia County from the New York State Office of Community Renewal CDBG. Low-to-moderate income persons as defined by HUD will be given first consideration

Experience & Qualifications:
-2 yrs Professional Cooking Experience
-Hardworker
-Friendly and professional
-Punctual
-Understands the physicality of a fast paced cooking position
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Maintain clean and organized workspace
-Take inventory of station mise daily
-Fill out and use prep lists
-Fill all station mise
-Work a station for a full shift
-Thorough breakdown of station at end of each service
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
