Spring Creek Farm is an organic, regenerative farms that produces vegetables, flowers, meat and eggs on 160 acres in New Hope, PA. We grow 10 acres of produce and rotationally graze cows, pigs, chickens and sheep. We operate according to organic standards and continually strive for harmony with nature.

Job description

The farmers market representative is an integral part of our farm operation. You will help run our stand at the Doylestown Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8am-1pm. We currently have one other farmers market rep who has been running the stand for over a year. With you're addition, we will be able to better serve our customers and increase our sales.

We attend Saturday farmers markets year round.

1. Sell our products to customers at the Doylestown Farmers Market. In doing so, you will operate our Square POS system, display produce, flowers, eggs and other products, restock as needed, setup and breakdown the stand, interface with lots of customers and represent our brand.
2. Load and unload the truck at the farm both before and after the market.
3. Drive a pickup truck with a trailer from the farm to Doylestown and back.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid drivers license required to fulfill job duties
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to drive a truck with a trailer
• Enthusiasm and excitement to vend at a farmers market

Hours

• Start at 6:15am at Spring Creek Farm in New Hope, PA
• Market runs from 8am-1pm
• Finish at 2:15pm at the farm after you have unloaded

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
