Company description
Long Season Farm is a certified organic vegetable farm focusing on four season production of high quality vegetables primarily for farmers markets and wholesale in Ulster County NY.
We utilize the main growing season to have a bounty of warm loving crops from late spring through fall. In the “off season” our high tunnels are home to cold hardy greens, while our cooler stores roots crops and cabbages.
We embrace the seasons rather than struggle against them, so we only select varieties that are at their absolute best for the period we grow them.
Our crew works hard, and functions as a strong team. Most people who come to work at our farm are here for at least a few seasons. We thrive on transparency, clear directions and goals, good communication and constructive feedback.
