Job description
We are hiring for someone to work at farmers markets for Long Season Farm.
Our ideal candidate can work all three of our weekly farmers markets. If this position appeals to you, but you can only work some dates, please still apply.
- Ellenville on Wednesdays (1:30pm - 8:30pm workday)
- Kingston on Saturdays (8:30am - 1pm workday)
- Beacon on Sundays (9:30am - 12:30pm workday)
In Kingston and Beacon this position would be joining our existing team, in Ellenville this position would work the market by themself. This means being responsible to load the van, drive to market, setup, staff the booth, break down and complete inventory at the end of market then drive back to the farm.
Pay for this job is $25 / hour with a pay guarantee to cover a minimum number of hours for each market. In addition, someone in this position would have access to our staff order list each week if working all three markets, or 50% off market vegetables if working only one or two.
