About the Role
Our unique hand-cut round dog treats are a testament to our dedication to quality! We are looking for positive and efficient individuals to join our team and help produce these, along with our signature dog bones and other specialty items, sold in pet and specialty stores nationwide. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring order fulfillment and a willingness to be on your feet.

Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with team members in all aspects of baking.
Perform sanitation procedures, including dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
Handle the physical aspects of the job, including standing 95% of the time and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Contribute positively to a close-knit team environment.
Bring new, innovative, and creative ideas to the table.
Maintain strong attention to detail and follow recipes precisely.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
