What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in the production of liquid dual-extracted mushroom tinctures following precise protocols.
• Maintain detailed batch records to ensure traceability, quality control, and compliance.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, extracts, and packaging supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for extraction, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in quality control processes, including monitoring extraction times, temperatures, and alcohol ratios.
• Work closely with the production team to continuously improve efficiency and sustainability in the extraction process.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required.
• Background in food science, food safety, herbalism, or a related field (education or hands-on experience).
• Passion for natural health, herbal medicine, and organic living.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to follow precise procedures and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with inventory management is a plus.
• Knowledge of mushroom extraction techniques or herbal preparations is preferred but not required—training provided!
• Physically capable of lifting 30-50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

 

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
