Job description
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead our small but mighty kitchen. This person will work closely with the Kitchen Manager & Director - Wine Programs to support prep, service, and organization, while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including prep, line work, and plating
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
Help manage inventory, deliveries, and organization of kitchen supplies
- Support kitchen team scheduling and communication
- Collaborate on menu execution and seasonal changes with wine pairings
- Maintain a calm, positive presence during service
- Act as a team player
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
