Job description

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented kitchen staff to join our growing team. You’ll assist in baking, preparing, and packaging our signature treats like lemon coconut cake, chocolate coconut cake, almond banana bread, and more.     

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with prepping and baking cakes, breads, and cookies
Measure and mix ingredients accurately (training provided)
Package baked goods neatly and according to standards
Label, seal, and organize outgoing orders
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Help with inventory and restocking supplies
Follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols
Occasionally assist with farmers market or event prep   REQUIREMENTS
Punctual, dependable, and a team player
Ability to stand for several hours 
Kitchen or bakery experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Interest in clean eating, food integrity, or allergen-friendly products is a big plus,

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
