Philo Ridge Farm is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) working demonstration farm located in Vermont’s Champlain Valley. We steward over 500 acres of pastureland, forest, and diversified produce gardens, using innovative and ecologically sustainable practices. Our commitment to regenerative agriculture is reflected in everything we do—from rotationally grazing heritage-breed livestock to cultivating certified organic fruits, vegetables, and flowers.
In addition to food production, Philo Ridge Farm serves as a hub for education and community engagement. Our Market and farm-to-table dining experiences bring people closer to the food they eat, offering seasonal, locally sourced meals and goods that reflect our values. Job description
Under the culinary direction of Marc St. Jacques, owner and executive chef of Bar Bête in Brooklyn, we are currently hiring for the following positions:
Butchery (start date ASAP)
Kitchen Team (start date ~ ASAP - June 16)
- Pastry Chef
- Baker / Pastry Assistant
- Line Cook
- Production Cook
- Kitchen Porter
