Job description

We're seeking a qualified Event Coordinator to manage and execute our 2025 Farms Forever Gala, scheduled for August 16, 2025. This is our signature annual fundraiser featuring a farm-to-table dinner and auction. This is a short-term contract (June–August 2025, negotiable start/end) with key responsibilities before, during, and after the event. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Development Manager to coordinate all logistics and will work cross-functionally with CFLT staff, volunteers, vendors, and donors to support event preparation, execution, and follow up activities to deliver a high-quality fundraising experience aligned with our values of community, equity, and sustainability.

Compensation

this position is: contract, varies DOE, $1,500.00 - $4,500.00
