We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Head Chef to lead our culinary vision.

This is a chef’s dream role: direct access to the best seasonal produce, a multi-channel platform to create for (retail, dine-in, and events), and a blank canvas to bring your recipes to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead recipe development for online SKUs, events, and restaurant offerings
• Create systems for consistent prep, scaling, and training
• Collaborate with sourcing and marketing to plan seasonal menus
• Conduct tastings, refine SKUs, and optimize shelf life and quality
• Mentor and train cooks on technique, flavor, and plating
• Oversee culinary execution at 150+ person events and weddings
• Innovate around shrink usage and sustainability in product design

Who You Are:

• 5+ years culinary leadership experience, ideally across multiple formats
• Experienced in recipe testing, costing, and scaling
• Passionate about ingredient-driven cooking and local sourcing
• Ready to help build something new with a startup mentality
• Skilled communicator, mentor, and collaborator

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $90,000.00 - $100,000.00
