We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Head Chef to lead our culinary vision.
This is a chef’s dream role: direct access to the best seasonal produce, a multi-channel platform to create for (retail, dine-in, and events), and a blank canvas to bring your recipes to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead recipe development for online SKUs, events, and restaurant offerings
- Create systems for consistent prep, scaling, and training
- Collaborate with sourcing and marketing to plan seasonal menus
- Conduct tastings, refine SKUs, and optimize shelf life and quality
- Mentor and train cooks on technique, flavor, and plating
- Oversee culinary execution at 150+ person events and weddings
- Innovate around shrink usage and sustainability in product design
Who You Are:
- 5+ years culinary leadership experience, ideally across multiple formats
- Experienced in recipe testing, costing, and scaling
- Passionate about ingredient-driven cooking and local sourcing
- Ready to help build something new with a startup mentality
- Skilled communicator, mentor, and collaborator

Compensation
this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $90,000.00 - $100,000.00
