By 2024, Gastronome will be the premier provider of elegantly catered social affairs and individual meal plans in the NY-Tri State Area by consistently meeting and exceeding our customer’s sophisticated culinary needs in a timely, convenient and elegant fashion.
During the pandemic, we are currently operating a full scale bakery and patisserie wholesale department.
Job description
Looking for a talented, creative and willing Chef de Partie Pastry Chef to expand and develop with our Head Pastry Chef our wholesale patisserie and breakfast items. We are continually building the business so looking for an individual who can bring their knowledge of flavors, baking and work on developing an entire book and catalogue. Furthermore develop production and streamline purchasing and payroll.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
