Job description

URGENTLY HIRING! Join our team as a CSA Produce Delivery Driver and be a crucial part of our farm CSA logistics program. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, friendly and detail-oriented to ensure timely deliveries from our hub in Stamford, CT to our members on Long Island.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Bonus: $1500 upon completion of season
Weekly: Free produce box ($850 value)

Duties:
- Safely operate our 18' and 20' straight box trucks. No CDL Required.
- Unload boxes by hand off the truck at neighborhood pick-up locations
- Communicate with our farm team to ensure correct delivery counts

Schedule:
- This is a part-time position, approximately 30 hours per week
- Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 6:00am to 4:00pm
- Seasonal from mid-June through the end of November

Experience:
- Previous experience as a truck driver is preferred
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50lb boxes of produce all day long
- Strong communication skills to interact with our farm team effectively
