Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assistant/Liaison between Columbia and other managers
- Respond to email and Slack on behalf of Culinary Director
- Print + organize catering orders
- Write prep lists
- Complete daily + monthly inventory
- Place orders
- Receive orders + organize product
- Enter recipes into MarginEdge (we’ll teach you)
- Catalogue invoices
- Expedite delivery communications
- Support the Facilities manager with scheduling and talking to vendors
- Post jobs and schedule culinary trails
- Create cheat sheets for sales
- Update Toast + MarginEdge with seasonal menu swaps
- Monitor Tripleseat Sales Platform and respond as necessary
- Counterpart to Sales Manager on the Culinary Side
REQUIREMENTS
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Communicates with efficiency + empathy across departments + with clients
- Familiarity with Google Workspace + Microsoft Office required
- Familiarity with and/or proficiency in InDesign + Illustrator required
- Familiarity with Tripleseat is a plus
- Familiarity with Bentobox preferred
- Knowledge of seasonal food + wine is a plus
- Must have a flexible work schedule
- Able to work Tuesday through Saturday
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
