Company description
Nuage is a next-generation food concept redefining luxury street cuisine through the lens of Japanese minimalism. Inspired by the word “Nuage,” meaning “cloud” in French, our name reflects the signature softness of our artisanal milk bread and the elevated simplicity that defines our brand.
At the heart of Nuage is the Japanese sando - reimagined with high-end ingredients like A5 wagyu, Hokkaido uni, toro, and caviar, alongside thoughtfully crafted options like miso salmon and truffled egg salad. Each sandwich is an elegant fusion of tradition and innovation, designed to delight both purists and adventurers.
Nuage is more than a sandwich—it’s a curated culinary experience. From our clean, design-forward packaging to our exclusive pop-ups and partnerships with fashion houses, boutique hotels, and lifestyle brands, we exist at the intersection of gastronomy and culture. With a limited yet highly intentional menu, Nuage brings Michelin-level detail to the street food format.
Currently based in New York City, Nuage is preparing for a series of high-profile activations beginning September 2025, including a Fashion Week residency and event catering for creative industry leaders. Whether enjoyed on-the-go or at private events, Nuage offers a taste of understated luxury—one bite at a time.
