Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to help execute high-impact campaigns across digital marketing, influencer engagement, social media, and PR. This is a hands-on, mid-level role perfect for someone with agency or in-house brand experience who’s ready to take ownership of client work while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
You’ll work directly with the Founder and Director of Marketing and play a key role in making sure our creative ideas come to life across platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Content
- Manage day-to-day content calendars and scheduling across 2-3 client social media accounts
- Write and send newsletters (primarily Shopify/Klaviyo)
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns (events, launches, partnerships)
- Pull analytics and performance reports for digital channels
- Running basic paid ads with opportunities for education in Meta and Google Ads
Communications & PR
- Draft press hits and other written materials
Coordinate influencer sends (including tracking responses and UGC)
- Assist with light media pitching and journalist outreach as needed
Support & Execution
- Help manage internal databases and asset libraries
- Stay up to date on trends in digital media, social, and influencer marketing
- Support execution of paid ads (training available if needed)
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR—agency or in-house
- Are a strong writer who can adapt voice across brands
- Are able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Understand social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and email marketing tools (Shopify/Klaviyo)
- Are naturally curious, organized, and collaborative
- Bring creative ideas to the table—and enjoy helping make them happen
- Experience with Canva/Adobe and Squarespace/Shopify
- Bonus: Experience with paid digital ads
