Brewed By Gnomes is a soon-to-launch café and brasserie rooted in the spirit of old-world alchemy, forest magic, and folkloric, globally inspired rustic cuisine. We aim to nourish wonder — serving food and drink that spark joy, curiosity, and connection.
Imagine a warm, welcoming kitchen where wildflower beer and herbal kombucha ferment alongside breakfast tarts and rustic flatbreads. By night, the space glows with charcuterie boards, fire-roasted vegetables, and small plates designed to share, all within a grounded, intimate space that conjures the feel of a woodland den alive with food, fire, and fantasy.
We’re looking for a founding chef / culinary co-creator to help bring this vision to life — someone who is excited not only to cook but to build something enduring and imaginative.
This is a partner-level opportunity: not just clocking in, but co-creating. You’ll have a hand in designing the menu, shaping the guest experience, and growing a sustainable, values-aligned business from the ground up. Ideally you’ve led kitchens before, but are now looking for a place where your full creative self can show up. Where you can balance grounded operations with inspired expression.

This project is already under way — we’re finalizing the space, licensing, and startup capital, and plan to soft-launch in late summer 2025. Compensation and equity structure are flexible and designed to evolve with the growth of the business. We’re open to you starting part-time and ramping up as the timing aligns.
