We are a family farm in Huntington, Long Island. We grow fruits, vegetables, and flowers on 3 acres. We have a large commercial kitchen where we prepare food for retail grab and go that we sell in our farm store. We are open year round. We are family owned and operated.

Job description

Looking for full time prep-cook/ baker to work along side owners of our 3 acre family farm. We grow fresh produce and in an effort to reduce food waste we turn our produce into value added product that we sell in our farm store. It's a fun fast paced environment. Tasks include washing and chopping veggies, assembling pies, following recipes to make our baked goods, washing dishes and being an overall team player. We love what we do and are looking for a positive, motivated team player.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $16.50 - 20/hr
