Personal Chef – Grow Your Own Food Business on Your Terms

We handle delivery, logistics, customer support, and payment processing so you can focus on doing what you love: cooking high-quality, homemade meals that bring comfort and connection to your community.

What You’ll Do

As a shef, you’ll prepare meals in your preferred kitchen, on your own schedule, and drop them off at a nearby Shef hub. From there, we take care of the rest, getting your dishes into the hands of local customers who’ve subscribed to your food.

You’ll have the freedom to:

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen, catering, or private chef role.
• Valid food handler’s or manager’s certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong food safety and sanitation standards.
• Passion for making high-quality meals consistency.
