James Lake Farms is a grower and packer of fresh organic cranberries located in Three Lakes, Wisconsin. We operate 190 acres of cranberries on two marsh locations. The mission of our family owned and operated farm is to grow cranberries that are good for people and good for the land on which they are grown.

Job description

James Lake Farms runs a pack to order packinghouse that cleans, sorts and packs our fresh organic cranberries. Our fruit is marketed locally and nationally. The harvest season begins the end of September and runs until the week before Thanksgiving. A typical day begins at 8 am and runs to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday. Our team does a variety of tasks include operation and maintenance of sorting and cleaning equipment, sanitation, hand inspection of cranberries and packing of finished product into palletized cases. We have limited on-site housing available at no cost. Applicants should be able stand for extended periods of time, lift 50 lbs occasionally and be able work in a fast paced environment.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
