We are a new, small-scale farm in Franklin TN. We are looking for a reliable flower farmer with experience. Would be responsible for

-Crop cultivation
-Soil health-pest and disease management
-Harvesting
-post harvest care
-farm maintenance
-customer engagement
-record keeping

Physical ability to preform labor-intense tasks in all weather conditions and ability to lift at least 50lb.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
