Located on a picturesque 10-acre farm in Albuquerque's North Valley, Farm & Table is now one of New Mexico's premier fine dining restaurants. Since opening in the spring of 2012, the restaurant has garnered numerous awards and distinctions for its seasonal cuisine and beautiful outdoor patio. The restaurant is committed to serving the best and freshest food and works with over sixty-five local farmers, ranchers, cheese makers and food artisans throughout the year. This beautifully designed, 117-seat restaurant is reminiscent of early adobe buildings and includes a large, open-air patio with several fountains and a bountiful herb garden. Job description
We are looking for an exceptional line cook who is passionate about being a part of a team dedicated to local and seasonal ingredients. Evening shifts. Full time.
We are looking for:
- Four years minimum experience
- Hot-side grill and sauté experience precision a must
- Excellent knife skills
- Highly skilled and enthusiastic to continue learning
- Dedicated to preparing delicious, beautiful food
- Able to succeed in a high volume kitchen
- Able to work cooperatively with a team
- Ability to handle stress and keep cool in high pressure situations
- Able to take direction and willing to learn
- Hard working from open to close
- Experience in local food/farm interests a plus
