We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Data Operations Coordinator to support our team.
Position Overview
In this role, you’ll handle recipe uploads and booking logistics. Responsibilities include uploading recipes into our database, pulling together recipe packets for chefs before their bookings (based on client selections), and supporting our transition to an online menu. The position is part-time (about 8 hours per week), with work primarily on Fridays, Sundays and Mondays. Additional projects may also be available depending on your skills, interests, and experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extremely detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and organization
- Strong communication skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with technology and database systems
- People skills are a plus, as there may be opportunities for client-facing work in the future
This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings (about once per month) at our Needham office.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
