Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for food justice and nonprofit impact? Food Lifeline is seeking a Food Sourcing Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring equitable access to high-quality, nutrient-dense, and culturally relevant food donations for the communities we serve.
As a key member of our Food Resources team, you’ll seek out, build, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing food donation partners. You’ll collaborate with donors to secure food that meets our program needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and equitable distribution. Your work will directly support our mission to end hunger and advance food justice in our region.
What you’ll do:
· Act as an ambassador for Food Lifeline, showcasing the community impact of food donation partnerships.
· Cultivate and manage a portfolio of food donors, with a focus on fresh local produce, protein items, and culturally relevant foods.
· Engage donor partners through thoughtful stewardship by phone, email, and in-person visits.
· Research food industry trends and strengthen Food Lifeline’s network of food donors.
· Collaborate with Operations staff to ensure efficient logistics, including truckload donations, repacking, and produce market coordination.
· Support general Food Resources team functions as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
· Salary range: $28 – $31/hour
