Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for food justice and community impact? Food Lifeline is seeking a Retail and Foodservice Partnerships (RAFP) Specialist to strengthen vital connections between our food bank partners and retail foodservice donors across Washington State.
As a key member of our Food Resources team, you’ll cultivate strong partnerships, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth coordination of food donations that directly support our mission to end hunger and advance food justice. This role is at the center of building sustainable, localized relationships that bring high-quality, safe, and culturally relevant food to the communities we serve.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with retail foodservice donors and agency partners in your assigned region.
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth scheduling, logistics, and communication between agencies and donors.
- Support and steward partners by phone, email, and in-person visits, including conducting trainings and launch meetings at store sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling or technical issues, escalating as needed to the RAFP Manager.
- Track and process donation reports and ensure timely compliance with program requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation in databases and tracking tools to support transparency and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate across departments to share information and enhance donor and agency experiences.
- Contribute to piloting new partnerships and strengthening Food Lifeline’s donor and agency
network.
Key skills: Relationship-building, customer service, donor and partner engagement, logistics coordination, data management, conflict resolution, training and facilitation, and a strong commitment to equity and food justice.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $28 – $31/hour

Position details: Full-time, hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. Candidates must be willing and able to live and work in the Seattle area
