Job description
**Key Responsibilities: **
1. Skillfully prepare, cook, and assemble dishes that showcase our recipes and culinary excellence.
2. Efficiently set up your station to ensure peak performance during service.
3. Maintain a pristine workstation, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves, to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
4. Embrace flexibility by taking on additional tasks assigned by the executive chef, contributing to the team's success.
5. Demonstrate a solid knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards, including obtaining a food handler’s/protection certificate (a must).
6. Commit to a full-time schedule with five shifts per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, as a crucial member of our team.
