Job description
Our small-batch natural ciders are at the heart of what we do, but our taproom is so much more — a lively spot for dinner, events, and a rotating lineup of excellent beer, wine, and cocktails.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and creating a memorable guest experience, enjoys making customers feel welcome, anticipates their needs, and works seamlessly with our BOH and FOH teams. We’re seeking someone with FOH hospitality experience — preferably in bar or restaurant settings — or a background in beer and wine sales, though we’re happy to train the right fit.
Most importantly, we’re inviting applicants who get excited about making guests feel at home, shares our enthusiasm for delicious food and craft beverages, and helps maintain the positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that Wayside has nurtured over the past 12 years.
We’re looking to fill 3–4 shifts per week. You hard work will be met with a welcoming and uplifting work environment.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
