Marie Ideas was born from a passion to help create a better and more sustainable food future.

In 2017, Marie started working with a small Amish farm in Pennsylvania producing and selling A2/A2 milk and pastured meat online. She helped them connect with customers, and the business kept growing.

A couple years later, Marie took on another farm… and her first employee. It wasn’t long until Marie was helping another farm and another and another. It grew organically, and Marie Ideas was born.

Job description

We are looking for positive, gung-ho people to provide excellent marketing support for farm clients. We are looking for both generalists and specialists in the following areas:

• Marketing specialist (go a little of everything)
• Graphic design (advanced using Adobe or moderate using Canva)
• Social media strategy
• Social media content creation
• Social media management
• Email creation
• Email workflow building
• Blog writing
• Website building and management (with GrazeCart and Shopify)
• Recipe creation

Depending on your specialty, work may be on a job by job basis or ongoing weekly/monthly assignments.

Must haves:

• Alignment with our core company values.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a highly motivated and collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to take responsibility for mistakes and areas of improvement.

• A reliable high performance computer and mobile phone.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with GrazeCart (eCommerce software).
• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience using Drip email marketing software.
• Experience scheduling social media content with Later (or another tool).
• Prior experience in the natural food or holistic health world.
• A sincere love of farm direct food :)
