Cortado is a new business that is opening in the heart of Goshen, Indiana. We are open during the day as a cafe, bakery and coffee bar. On Friday and Saturday nights we are a reservation only supper club. 

Cortado celebrates the rich bounty of Michiana by creating scratch-made dishes that honor our local farmers and suppliers. We are dedicated to offering food that is thoughtful and creative, bringing out the best in Midwest flavors. 

With genuine hospitality and a spirit of teamwork, we strive to give every guest an exceptional experience. We listen, adapt, and continually refine or craft sot that each visit feels both familiar and inspiring.

Job description

Cortado is seeking an experienced Cafe Chef to join our team and run our kitchen during the day. We are open 7am-2pm Monday through Friday and 8am-noon on Saturday. We are looking for Chef who enjoys collaborating on menus, is a good leader, and creates a positive environment in the kitchen. 

Compensation

this position is: salaried, $35,568* - $50,000
