Job description
We are looking for one exceptional individual to join our team as a Cafe General Manager, leading a small but mighty team working to high standards.
As we grow, we are opening a new cafe in Q1 2026. The right individual is an organized manager, great with guests and service, and interested in working in a independent 'start-up' level restaurant group.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensure absolute readiness and high quality execution for daily cafe service including a specialty coffee bar, made to order hot and cold food, and prepared food.
• Hire, train, and retain an exceptional front of house team including baristas, servers, and front-facing line cooks.
• Drive sales growth for a new business, winning guests over one experience at a time.
• Manage costs effectively including inter-company purchasing, and ensure profitability.
Compensation
this position is: salaried, $50,000 - $75,000
