Company description
At Pinewood Springs Farm, we believe great farming nourishes both the land and the people who care for it. Located just 30 minutes south of Atlanta in Rockdale County, Georgia, we are a diversified regenerative farm growing specialty vegetables and cut flowers for farmers markets, direct sales, and restaurants. Everything we do is rooted in soil health, ecological stewardship, community connection, and long-term economic sustainability.
Our farm is a place for people who love to work with their hands, think critically, and grow continuously. We operate in a fun, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment where initiative is encouraged, systems matter, and every team member plays a meaningful role in our success. We value professionalism, accountability, curiosity, and teamwork, and we work hard to cultivate a respectful, supportive crew culture built on trust and shared purpose.
Daily life on the farm is physically demanding, mentally engaging, and deeply rewarding. Our work spans field production, harvest, post-harvest handling, markets, education, and the creation of value-added products. Team members gain real-world experience across many facets of a small, diversified farm while contributing to the production of high-quality food and flowers for our community. Much of our work also involves interacting directly with customers, chefs, and market shoppers—offering meaningful opportunities to build relationships and share the story behind the food.
At peak season, our team includes approximately 10 people, from first-year Crew Members to experienced multi-year staff, supported by a Crew Leader and Farm Manager. We take training and mentorship seriously and are committed to helping our team grow in skill, confidence, and leadership. Many of our team members come to Pinewood Springs to learn, to challenge themselves, and to be part of something larger than any one role.
If you are hardworking, dependable, curious, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven farm that values both excellence and humanity, we invite you to consider joining our team at Pinewood Springs Farm.
