Position Summary:
The Front-of-House(FOH) Manager at Reunion Bakery leads the front-of-house team in creating a welcoming and unique guest experience. The FOH Manager is responsible for managing and developing FOH team members, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Experience
Work with the Back-of-House(BOH) manager to ensure all bakery operations comply with food safety, and cleanliness requirements.
Lead by example in providing hands-on customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Work with the BOH manager to monitor production and inventory to ensure freshness, availability, and minimal waste.
Place weekly orders for coffee and paper goods.
Update the website with accurate product listings, pricing, and availability.
Monitor and respond to emails, social media messages, and online reviews.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and coach team members (including Shift Supervisors, Baristas, and FOH Staff).
Create and maintain a positive team culture.
Maintain and update the employee handbook as needed.
Schedule staff efficiently while meeting guests’ expectations.
Review and provide feedback and recognition on employee performance.
Financial Performance
Meet or exceed sales and labor targets.
Review daily/weekly/monthly reports to drive business performance.
Develop and implement marketing and community engagement efforts.
Qualifications:
3+ years of managerial experience in food service (bakery experience preferred).
Proven ability to lead a team and achieve goals.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with POS and inventory management systems.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Food Safety certification or willingness to obtain.
Compensation: DOE $50,000-$55,000
