POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Store Manager (SM) oversees the entire “coffee-bar”-style operation, acting as a problem-solver while focusing on enhancing hospitality-inspired experiences for all guests. Responsible for working cross-functionally to provide long-term strategic leadership, developing team members, and looking after them like family while pushing the new concept and brand forward.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, $75,000 - $100,000
