Canoe Hill is seeking an Sous Chef to oversee the kitchen operations and staff.

Responsibilities include:
Coach, educate and motivate staff
Seasonal menu creation and development
Schedule, organize, and monitor BOH labor and productivity
Quality control
Direct inventory maintenance
Develop and implement systems and processes that are effective, efficient
Recruit and hire candidates
Teach, train, and mentor all restaurant staff
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings regarding the overall strategy and success of the business
Create order sheets and vendor lists for items of each recipe
Compensation
this position is: salaried, $60,406 - $75,000
