Job description

Grama Grass and Livestock is looking for a highly-motivated professional to be our Meat Division Manager. This person will be responsible for managing the meat department (sales division and back-of-house operations), which currently includes three individuals, but will expand over the next several years.

The right candidate is a team leader who is able to manage inventory systems, create sales strategies, oversee
sales partnerships, and guide the meat division’s expansion to a new warehouse space. A key element of this position is collaborating with the Owner, Andy Breiter, on big picture strategy.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $65,000.00 - $85,000.00
