Job description
Type: Fulltime, year-round
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred
- At least two years of experience managing a CSA or working in a position directly related to managing a CSA from seeding, to transplanting, to harvest to delivery
- Operates and maintains small farm tractors and related farm equipment
- Experience operating greenhouses year round
- Understands how to grow diverse varieties of crops, crop rotation to ensure multiple harvests, pest control, soil nutrient management
- Two years supervisory experience highly desirable
- Highly desire experience with, or understanding of, organic certification
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Basic knowledge of Google workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and related web-based software
