Spend the 2026 summer working on the beautiful island of Nantucket with 167 Raw!
167 Raw is offering a unique opportunity with great financial benefits. Located on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts, 167 Raw has a successful food truck, gourmet fish market, and raw bar. The seasonal operation is hiring positions from May to October, with flexibility on dates.
167 Raw will be hiring for the following culinary positions:
~ Fish Butcher
~ Sous Chef
~ Line Cook on Food Truck
This is a great opportunity to work with an accomplished company that focuses on quality product, systems & standards, and a positive work environment.
Open Daily, 8am – 8pm. Morning, daytime, and night shifts are scheduled.
Hourly with portion of the tip pool, with an average of $30 -$40 an hour.
Hourly based on experience.
Requirements
~ Full availability and flexible schedule
~ Experience of at least 1 year in position applying for, 2 for fish butcher
~ Must be available from July 1 - September 8, dates can be flexible beyond this
~ Work 5 - 6 days a week, average 50 - 60 hours a week
~ Able to lift 50+lbs

~ Hourly compensation, and portion of the tip pool, expect to earn average $30 - $40 (pre tax)
