Company description

We are a diversified organic farm. We grow veggies on about 5 acres but also have turkeys and pigs during the summer. Most sales are through our CSA but also do some wholesale and have a fledgling summer farmstand.

• We work closely with community groups to get food to low-income folks and seniors.
• 2026 will be our 18th summer and we still love what we do!
• We are a small crew of 3-6 part-time local folks

Job description

Join our team in growing healthy food for our community!

Work hard and see amazing results. We grow vegetable from start to finish. Help with the starting and growing of seeds to harvest. Then meet the customers at our farmstand or CSA pickup.

We take your interests and abilities into consideration when planning out your responsibilities. Work solely in the fields or choose to add livestock care, veggie packing, customer service or marketing to your daily tasks.

Be ready to work outside in the elements, possibly in uncomfortable situations. The reality is that the crops and livestock need to be tended to no matter the weather.

Rely on a crew that is happy to be here and ready to work. We are invested in our community and the environment. We take our jobs seriously but still have fun.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
