Company description
We are a Paris-born specialty coffee bar that recently opened our first New York location. Built by a small, founder-led team, our concept is rooted in European coffee culture, thoughtful design, and operational precision.
Our New York opening has exceeded expectations, with strong daily volume and consistent lines out the door from the first weeks of operation. This is a coffee-first business with intense morning peaks, a tight menu, and a strong focus on speed, quality, and repeatability.
We are intentionally growing slowly and carefully. The General Manager will work directly with the founders, have real autonomy on day-to-day operations, and play a key role in shaping how the business evolves in the U.S.
This is not a corporate group or a venture-backed rollout. Itβs a hands-on, high-standards environment for someone who wants ownership, proximity to decision-making, and the opportunity to build something meaningful in specialty coffee.
