Job description

ANV is hiring a Youth Programs Director, a critical executive leadership role, reporting to the Executive Director, that drives the strategic and operational vision for all ANV youth programming. This includes Camp ANV, the After School Program (ASP), Leaders in Training (LiT), and the No Limit Leadership Program (NLLP). The Director sets the highest performance standards, ensuring all programs are grounded in equity and trauma-informed practice to deliver maximum impact.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, $75,000 - $100,000
