Job description
The Youth Programs Manager plays a key leadership role in advancing ANV’s mission by overseeing the planning, implementation, and quality of all youth programming. Reporting to the Youth Programs Director, this position manages day-to-day program operations, supervises youth program staff, and ensures the delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum across ANV programs, including After School Program (ASP), No Limit Leadership Program (NLLP), and Camp ANV.
The Youth Programs Manager supports program design and evaluation, leads staff coordination and supervision, manages youth registration systems, oversees campership processes, and assists with the hiring, onboarding, and supervision of seasonal staff.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
