Our 10-acre farm produces nutrient-dense vegetables, free-range eggs, and herbs for a farm-grown herbal tea line. Everything is grown with soil health, biodiversity, and full traceability at the center—using regenerative practices like composting, crop rotation, mulching, and water-wise irrigation to restore the land while producing food with real flavor.

Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on Farm Manager to lead our 10-acre regenerative organic farm near Usa River, Tanzania.

You’ll be responsible for:
•⁠ ⁠Regenerative vegetable production
•⁠ ⁠Free-range egg production
•⁠ ⁠Herb cultivation for a farm-grown herbal tea line
•⁠ ⁠Leading and training the farm team
•⁠ ⁠Planning crops for local lodges and restaurants

This is a role for someone who enjoys both planning and working in the field, and who believes farming can be a force for good — for soil, people, and community.

Compensation
